  Lillian was awesome, the lines were long and she maintained her composure and made everyone feel that they were important, she greeted us with the friendliest smile and made the wait worthwhile..

  You've got lots of options for the services offered here but if you value kindness and great customer service then trust me - this is where you want to go. It honestly brightens my day every time I visit their location :)

  Absolutely the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with. Deserses negative 5 Stars...No handicap access for like 7 stores down. Large step up in front of store. Then it took 50 min for One employee that was wearing thick glasses and using a magnifer and still had difficulty reading and typing to send 1 Amazon return, 1 page fax, scan and email me 3 more documents, lastly ship small package to address in my file. I had to stand entire time as there as no chair or stool available. When I complained about handicap situation she said shoping center belongs to Publix. I asked how that prevented them from having a place to sit? After 35 min I had asked for my things back and she kept saying almost had it. Finally had to say give back my stuff or call 9¹1 to get me off the floor Finally made it back to my car with help from another customer, had to sit my legs were shaking so bad 20 min later still no emails I called repeatedly and I could see her insode she never answered the phone although not busy. I had to again make my way inside, just to find she sent to wrong email. NEVER USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN.if you are handicaped don't consider it at all unless you have your own chair.

  Lillian was great! Not only was she very kind and patient, she maintained professionalism and efficiency while running the store on her own. Thank you for being so accommodating with my shipping needs, and answering my questions!

  Mr. Richard Brown was so kind and helpful with a smile on his face. He got my package together for me in a matter of minutes so I could go on my way! Thank you Mr. Brown! We need more people in this world like you! I really recommend a raise for this gentleman! He’s the BEST!
