  My experience at the Cape Haze UPS store has been nothing but exceptional. The staff are friendly, resourceful, efficient and work hard to provide great customer service.

  Same as the other commenters, experienced condescending behavior from the so called manager Vik. I called to confirm if my equipment was sent back to AT&T since I received a text & a email alerting me I was charged the equipment fee due to non receipt. & that’s where the dialogue changed directions.. He was talking at me as if it was a parent child dynamic.. First off, I’m from Jersey City not a retiree (no disrespect) & I don’t respond well to disrespect. This guy likes to drive the convo, you have to intercept to get a word in as he is the type of personality who prefers for you to listen while he berates.. Well, not me.. As he met his match. This man was talking in circles telling me over & over how he trains his employees on how to inform us the customer to hold on to our receipt etc. it was cringy.. feel bad for his employees & not sure how he’s a manager with that kind of behavior.. I filed a formal complaint against him with UPS, bet they did nothing.. No reprimand. Vik, maybe in your homeland you’re taught to demean people, however this is the States learn how to have proper discourse with people by evoking a courteous manner..

  Always a pleasant shipping experience when I stop in. I've been using their services for over 8 years. Everyone has a great attitude, even when a dissatisfied customer comes in with an issue, they usually walk out satisfied!
