- EJEric JohnsonJul 2, 20262.0They seem to ignore changes of address/forwarding requests here in Florida. In PA when I moved I would get the mail at the new location with a nice little label on it and everything. Here? Not even once. And yes, I notify everyone I can think of, but there's always someone who uses the old address.
- RCremziye celikJun 23, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the front-desk employee at this post office. He was unfriendly, unprofessional, and showed poor customer service. His attitude made it seem like he did not want to be there or help customers. I left feeling frustrated and angry. Employees working with the public should be respectful, patient, and willing to assist. Management should address this issue and improve the customer service at this location.

- STSharon TerantinoMay 29, 20261.0I went to the post office to obtain stamps and left empty handed. What I saw was appaling, Two employees were pushing carts loaded with packages and instead of sorting and reloading them they decided to push them through the door. The packages fell all over the floor and again instead of rearanging them they decided to throw them back in the cart. The male pushing the cart went through the door and all you heard was the crushing sound of the package being pushed through the door . You could see it was smashed and several more fell he just threw them back on the cart. What kind of service is this that we pay for and obtain. Do you have no standards? The postal service get paid very well and constantly asking the government and public for more. Also there was a clerk at the counter blowing his nose and then instead of excusing himself and wash his hands he just squeezed some gel on his hands. I will never go back to that post office and you need to clean it up and fire some people.
