I called the UPS store and asking someone help her out. And I personally had multiple fingerprints done, and the technician was always standing by and helping out. I guess before I called the store, one of the staff finally came in and helped her out. I may did not sound nice. I understand it was busy... But please help the older ones and those with language barriers... The store manager should tell the staff the fingerprint is not self-service...Thank you!
