  Great workers! I nearly dropped my package off without a receipt and walked out. One of the employees was proactive and helped me scan and receive a receipt.

  Inconsistent customer service to say the least. Sometimes you go in that UPS store and the clerks are professional and polite. Other times going in that UPS store the clerks are unprofessional, rude, and dismissive about your issue. Recently day I had a return, to a company that I recently returned another item too. The first time around at that UPS store , I had no problem. I bought the box in with the QR code scanned it, and the return was done. The next time I sent someone to do the return for me, the product was in the box that it came in, the clerk at that UPS store noted that it be in a correct mailing package and they needed to purchase it. No advice was offered to go home and wrap the package, as in previous times was suggested. So the person purchased the packaging. When I called the company where I purchased the product to ask if it needed to be in a separate mailing packaging and they said no as long as the box was intact. I then called the UPS store to note this inconsistency and to note, in my opinion they just wanted to make some money off of this return. I was upset and frustrated, and my tone might’ve noted that to the customer service person on the phone. However the person who answered the phone was very rude, loud, uncaring, and dismissive of my issue. Then when I got louder to try to get my point across the person spoke over me, then HUNG UP the phone on me. Instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, the customer the customer service person escalated the situation and made the situation worse than what it should’ve been. The escalation felt unnecessary, and there was no working together to find a solution. As a customer, I was exasperated and disappointed that they didn’t want to help me find a resolution. Concluding the call by hanging up on the customer was extremely unprofessional and in poor taste. I believe there’s room for customer service improvement and that UPS store. The inconsistencies of the staff and the store policies are in poor business practice.

  Excellent customer service. Every time i go in I am greeted right away. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Whether im just making copies, doing an Amazon return or Simply shipping something out, they are convenient and get it done at a decent price.
