  The ADA ramp/landing is a bit tricky, but rarely is there not someone there to assist. Always the best customer service.

  It's a shame that I have to give you one star.Because I wouldn't even give you that. I entered you're establishment on June 13, 2026 to ship a package back home. Paid 87.35. You're store took the package, ups was supposed to pick it up, and send it to me. I had a call your store four times and customer service for a times and it is a shame that you're manager and customer service was no help to me. You manager assured me that she knows the u p s driver and the package was picked up. Customer service told me that you guys are supposed to start a claim.You're manager said that you guys don't do it that they took it away. Back and forth for 4 hours between your store and customer service and I live in new york. I went to fifteen u p s stores in new york , and every one of them tried to help me and during my visits of the fifteenth stores , I gathered information. Question. As a business owner, you didn't train your employees to R.F.I.D every single box that comes into the store to ensure that it could be tracked, or you just don't care about the consumers packages. Did you know that ups required you to RFID the box.It took all of thirty seconds to print a RFID tag and put it on the box. Your employee convinced me not to put a sender address that it would use the store's address. So since the box wasn't scanned out. Shouldn't your store receive the package back. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR STORE OR UPS AGAIN. I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO SHIP WITH UPS. SOCIAL MEDIA IS A VERY POWERFUL THING TODAY. Free advice, you should train and hold your employees accountable to what ups wants done. Naleen Oconner

  What a rip off. They just charged me almost $5 to print one page on their copier. They said it's a $4 fee to send them an email and an additional 50 cents to print it. What a joke. I'll never use a UPS store again.

  This location lost my package after paying for it to get packaged by the store. Associate and store manager could not prove that the package left the store and would not look for it. It felt like both employees would not give me more time than five seconds and were trying to get me to leave as quickly as possible. I would recommend finding a different UPS store, do not go here or bring anything of high value.
