- LSL SSep 24, 20261.0Worst experience ever, my head is throbbing from dealing with what is laughingly called customer service. I scheduled a package pick up for 09/17. The driver never showed. No email or text explaining why. I waited for 11 hours! Another pick up was scheduled for 9/24 (from 9am to 2pm). I have the email confirming the time. Again, no pick up. Again, I waited ALL DAY! I called customer service and was assured item would be picked up by 6pm. No pick up. I called customer service again who said they would pick up tomorrow, no, I cannot wait around for yet another 11 hours. I insisted they pick up today. The representative hung up on me. Note that I was not yelling, cursing or otherwise belligerent. Just insistent, and I had to repeatedly ask him to just listen to me. I called again, this representative said pick up would happen today by 8pm. I have my doubts, it is 7:15pm now. Never, never, never, ever use Fed Ex if you can possibly avoid it. Their customer service is the absolute worst. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. Update: It is now after 8pm. No package pick up. Package to too heavy for me to bring back inside by myself. Maybe the porch pirates will have someone to help them. I would like to leave 0 stars.

- KOKeith OliverAug 17, 20261.0I had a supervisor reach out to me regarding a complaint I filed. I consistently receive my neighbors packages, which isn't a big deal occasionally but multiple times per week is a bit obsessive. I let the supervisor know I spoke with the driver and he showed me in the system the location pin is incorrect. I was assured the problem would be fixed and going forward I won't have this issue. Another day. another neighbors delivery. FedEx is the ONLY delivery company who consistently makes this mistake.
