- SBSchindler Blanza2 days ago1.0Avoid this location if you can. The lady working the counter/receiving mail is incredibly rude and unfriendly. She speaks to customers with zero respect and an awful attitude. Completely unprofessional and she should be replaced.

While standing in a narrow walkway near the women’s bathroom door helping with measurements, a heavyset Black female employee (named Marybelle according to multiple other reviews) aggressively gestured at me to move like I was in her way in my own workspace. No “excuse me,” no politeness — just a rude hand wave demanding I get out of her path. As a U.S. military veteran with six years of service and currently working as a Superintendent/SSHO on NAVFAC projects, I was stunned. I moved to de-escalate, but I deeply regret not calling her out on the spot. Multiple reviews confirm this woman is consistently nasty, especially to White customers, while being friendly to others. This kind of blatant racial bias has ZERO place on a military installation or in any federal facility. USPS — do better. Investigate Marybelle and the hostile work environment she’s creating. Veterans and contractors deserve professional service, not this kind of disrespectful garbage. Will avoid this location if possible and encourage others to do the same until this is addressed.

I've been on this base for 15 years and the service here is ALWAYS awful, rude slow moving staff that clearly don't want to be there (and often aren't even though it's during posted hours). This location exemplifies the sad declination of USPS.
