- VMVictoria Madore3 days ago1.0Genuinely the most incompetent post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We’ve lived in Pensacola for 2 years and have had mail correctly delivered to our address for maybe 4 months. We have gone in person, filled out all the correct paperwork online, and called, and they still can’t get it right. Bills have not been delivered, packages sent back to the carrier, gifts gone missing, and they continue to give us the run around.

- JBJack BairdMar 25, 20261.0Be prepared to wait. They do not care one bit how many people are waiting in the lobby. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. The single teller was even asked if she needed help out front, to which she replied “Nah”.

I was surprised to see that package in my mailbox today labeled as "return to sender" because there was no address attached to the box, meaning that she did not attach the return address that she printed!!! Now I have to find time again to come to this facility to deal with this unsent packag.
