Stood in line for 15 minutes. Got to my spot and was handed a sharpie and told to go to the back of the line. She wouldn’t wait 30 seconds for me to write the address on the box. I waited 15 minutes watching her talk to a friend. Save yourself the horrible service and just buy ups online.

This post office is kind of hidden off of Tippen Road. I do lots of business at this post office due to having an online store and needing to ship merchandise all over the United States. The people that work here are pretty helpful and don’t mind explaining any questions or concerns that a customer might have. And not only do they do this….but every time I’ve ever been there, all the employees seem to do it with a good attitude and a smile! If you ask me, that is a delightful change of pace from so many other places that we all go to and shop from! Too many times all you come across is disgruntled employees, or people who are just miserable and they seem to not understand (or care) what “customer service” actually means or is! Well I’m here to tell you, NOT THIS POST OFFICE! Now don’t get me wrong, I do understand that everyone is entitled to having a bad day! All I’m saying is, as many times as I come to this place and have to mail something off…it’s always been a very easy and nice experience. THE ONLY REASON I am giving them 4 ⭐️’s and not 5…. Is do to the fact that they seem understaffed here. There’s normally only 2 or 3 people that will be working behind the counter. And depending on what time of day you come in, they could be swamped! If they are, you might have to stand there for a little bit. But other then them being understaffed, it’s a nice and clean post office.

Automatic doors frequently broken, yard over-grown, postal clerks not friendly, during holidays lines are long.

Absolutely the rudest post office I've ever been to. The way they speak to the community is appalling. They didn't even open on time. I see im not the only one with a bad experience here. Something ought to be done.

Stopped in to return an amazon package. I dont have a printer but per USPS website they can print a return label with a provided QR code. I brought my package, my QR code and the emailed return slip to the Tippin ave location and couldnt get the self serve kiosk to print a label so i waited in the quick 40 minute line out the door only to be told at the counter they cant print the label and that i should go to 2B Postal for help. What? If you dont facilitate package shipping then what do you do? I was too upset to respond so i took the clerks advice and went a block over to the 2B Postal location. There was no wait because they are efficient. The employee had my label printed and even took the package for pickup for me all in under 5 minutes and even had me laughing by the time i got out the door. If the post office was a business it wouldve bankrupted and closed long ago. Ill never use the post office again if i dont have to and i recommend you dont waste your time there either.
