  I wanted to take a moment to leave a review specifically for Elvis, because he was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond to help me. Last Wednesday, August 19th, I visited UPS Store #3971 to have a document notarized, scanned, and emailed. I followed all of the required steps, including providing my ID, signing the notary book, and completing the paperwork. Unfortunately, I found out almost a week later that the document had never actually been sent. When I contacted the original store, I was told there wasn’t a way to retrieve the document and that I would need to come back with my receipt and pay to have it notarized again. When I explained the situation and asked to speak with the owner, the experience became very frustrating and, honestly, disappointing. I was even hung up on during the conversation, and no apology was offered afterward. At that point, I contacted another UPS Store hoping someone could help me figure out what to do. That is when I spoke with Elvis. Elvis immediately apologized on behalf of UPS and said, essentially, “You don’t have to worry about that. Come to my store and I’ll take care of you.” And he did exactly that. This wasn’t even his store, and this wasn’t his mistake or his responsibility, yet he took the time to listen to me, understand what had happened, and make the situation right. When I arrived, he notarized my document without hesitation and made sure I was copied on the email so I could confirm it was actually sent. I honestly would have thought Elvis was the manager because of how professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful he was. I’m going through a lot of challenges right now, and having someone simply be willing to help, listen, and do the right thing meant more to me than he probably realizes. Customer service like that makes a HUGE difference. Elvis, thank you for going above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even technically your customer or your problem. You represented UPS beautifully, and I truly appreciate you taking care of me when you absolutely did not have to. UPS is very lucky to have an employee like you!

  The service rep, Elvis, helped us notarize several documents and was very patient, thorough, and organized while we went through several documents for signatures. He was the epitome of customer service and we will definitely be back to do business at this location!!!
