I left the UPS store on airport because the man was abrupt and not helpful. Johnathan was patient and most helpful. I will definitely come here first in the future.

Upon leaving the store after dropping off my Amazon return the 2 staff members could hardly wait for the door to close upon my exit to begin talking about my size. Totally amazing that they would deem it necessary to comment on ANYONE. Is this now a part of the WONDERFUL UPS customer service the public will have the pleasure of dealing with? The public will be subjected to critique and judgement from staff that obviously are clueless. I could be that one lady in the tight scrubs that helps them or a family member in a medical crisis one day. Both staff members need classes on manners, diversity AND definitely customer service.
