  Delivery and install for two items scheduled. Driver arrives to deliver and states, “we don’t install”, they cannot get hold of management so state they left message for someone to call me. Nobody calls! 4 days later, get a text that someone is coming to install. Get a voicemail stating “I’m 10 minutes away”, then a text saying I cancelled the install……because they don’t install. Poor communication, dishonest as they’ve been paid to install this item but won’t do it.

  Ordered a projector screen from Amazon that went though RXO said would come Monday and never did marked as delivered in a state over 500 miles from me. My wife was told by RXO that the package had to be returned to Amazon cause it was lost. But ended up coming into RXO pensacola later on. I checked my order on Amazon and said it was canceled because we requested it canceled. We never requested it canceled. Amazon called RXO and to find out the Delivery driver damaged it badly they had to return it. We got a refund and I purchased another projector screen with the hopes Amazon would ship from another carrier. But now I find out its being shipped RXO again. My wife called amazon and they said that shipping is done automated and they couldnt ship with another conpany or some crap like that. I dont have high hopes as of now will update when or if I receive my package. If not guess I have to shop someplace else besides Amazon for larger items since they wont ship FedEx or UPS for items like this apparently.

  If I could give less than a one star, I would. Pick up was scheduled for June 10th. Waited all day and no one showed up. Called repeatedly the next day and finally got a call back and they said they would get a driver to phone me as soon as possible. 12 days later, still no phone call, they say they’re gonna pick it up on the 22nd. Get a text message on the 22nd that said they will call 30 minutes before pick up. They never called and the next thing I know we get a message saying that they could not reach our house. No call, no text, NOTHING! Began calling them back constantly until we finally got a call back. No explanation, no apology, and they will have to reschedule again. Meanwhile, we have taken two days off of work and waited for them. Package must be picked up and delivered to back to the seller by July 6. They had no problem charging us the pick up fee but will not communicate or pick up the package.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. The local warehouse is located only a few miles away from me in Pensacola and it’s so refreshing to get to speak to someone local who understands good customer service. I recently ordered kitchen appliances from Frigidaire and the moment I got a notification my order was ready to schedule someone from the RXO in Pensacola called me and gave me all the info I needed. Someone named Mike called me first and he spoke to me like a good friend or relative and treated me with respect and even thanked me for my business! A short time after that, a second person from this location named Eddy I think called me and reviewed my services, asked if I needed any additional assistance or if I had any concerns and even let me choose my own delivery window which is not something you get from anyone else. He also called me after the installation to confirm everything was done to my satisfaction. It’s nice to know there are still companies out there that know how to speak to their customers!!! My delivery team showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. They called me in the morning , when they were an hour away, when they were 30 mins away and finally once they were on my street. They laughed and were clearly happy to be working for this company. They were respectful of my home and took great care in maneuvering through my home. They even swept after themselves. Wonderful service and I hope everyone from top to bottom at this location is aware of how good they are doing! Thank you Pensacola RXO!

  Ordered from IKEA - 1/4 items didn’t make it. It’s been two weeks and I’ve now sent 3 emails that have been unanswered looking for an update.
