- BSBrittny Still6 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst shipping experience I have ever had, and I am now without an emergency life saving device during an emergency life threatening situation because the incompetent store manager refused to stay there for 10 extra minutes so I could get my package in an emergency situation before a major storm hit. This is disgusting to put a member of the community in immediate danger when it was 11AM and the storm will not be here until 8pm, so no one was asking for anything unreasonable. I am also disappointed in the customer service not being able to do anything about this. I have checked, and this is illegal, and I will be filing a lawsuit about this. This is terrible behavior and you have put me and my family in immediate danger with this terrible behavior.

The kind lady working the counter said no problem, she came out to get the package. Fun part about it,regular customer came also and loaded it on the cart. Not all hero's wear capes.
