- STSidney Turner4 days ago2.0Youly was terrible. The interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. You would have thought we knew each other prior based on the attitude I received. I called simply to make sure my email had been received so my cards could be printed. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, Youly was sarcastic and dismissive, and then hung up on me twice. Iām not sure where the unnecessary attitude came from, but it was completely uncalled for. Unfortunately, interactions like this reflect poorly on the store as a whole. Thankfully, I was eventually connected with another employee who was helpful, patient, and professional, which I really appreciated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
