My friend sent me an 8x10 photo and accidentally used this UPS Store’s address because he reused the address I had previously used when mailing something to him. The photo ended up being held at this location, and I was charged an absurd $20 “storage fee” for a single envelope that had been there for only a few hours. Anyone would likely agree that $20 is completely unreasonable and feels like nothing more than an excessive fee for a simple mistake. Again, this is an ENVELOPE! I understand having policies in place, but there should be some common sense and reasonable discretion when dealing with something as small as a postcard. Charging $20 for a few hours is ridiculous. Very poor customer experience. I will absolutely AVOID this location in the future and would not recommend it to anyone.
