Mailed package on September 14, 2026. Paid $57.90 in postage with a delivery date of September 17, 2026. As of September 19, 2026 package has not been delivered. Tracking shows it is in Dallas Post office. I can only assume that package will be delivered the earliest September 22, 2026. What a joke the USPS is. I don’t blame this office but I do blame the wasteful postal service. The USPS is a drain on on tax payers pockets.

How is USPS still in service? We have 3 mail persons: 1 delivers mail half naked, 1 can't read the address and drives up our driveway with someone else's package, and 1 one can't put my mail in MY mailbox. I have been calling USPS - Parrish for 2 hours and no one answers the call. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Considering I’ve had a PO Box with yall since 2023, I’ve never had any sort of issue. Suddenly my mail is being refused and sent back to their senders causing delays in being able to pay my employees. I’ve filed 3-4 complaints this year alone. Never rude, never lacking respect. I simply want my mail. Not sure who’s managing it or who the new hires are. But it’s getting ridiculous now.

Worst USPS! They stay losing my packages and they never answer their office phone. Something needs to be done with this office

The mail carrier for the Crosswind community is Jasmine, and at this point, the ongoing issues with her handling and delivering residents’ packages are completely unacceptable. I have lived here since March, and I have experienced MULTIPLE instances where my packages were marked as “delivered” when they were absolutely NOT delivered to me. This is not an isolated incident or a simple mistake. It has happened repeatedly, and I have already made several complaints. What makes the situation even more ridiculous is that after I complained to Megan about one of my missing packages, Jasmine suddenly managed to “find” the package. How does a package get marked as delivered, disappear, and then magically get located after a formal complaint is made? I have even had packages that were supposed to be delivered in JUNE finally show up in JULY. That level of delay and mishandling is beyond unreasonable. At this point, enough is enough. When a carrier repeatedly marks packages as delivered that customers have not received, there needs to be accountability. I should not have to constantly track down my own mail, file complaints, or wonder whether a package marked “delivered” was actually delivered. I am requesting that Jasmine’s handling of mail and packages in the Crosswind community be formally investigated. With the number of issues I have personally experienced in only a few months, I have serious concerns about whether she should continue servicing this route. This situation is ridiculous, unprofessional, and needs to be addressed immediately.
