My purpose for the stop was to have a package shipped to a foreign country. I had tried at FedEx on another occasion and was turned away by a very rude employee. To my surprise, the staff at the UPS store was amazing said absolutely no problem we can handle this for you. Meanwhile, I had one person working on the shipment and another person took care of my Amazon returns. Couldn’t have been better service.
I really like this UPS. Parking is so easy and whenever I come in, everyone is so helpful and friendly. So happy this new location worked out so well!
I usually utilize the UPS store on 301 in Parrish. Your establishment is more convenient to our home so we decided to give it a try. We wanted to send a small package to our son in Cape Coral . We had a box that was delivered to us via UPS and it was perfect for our situation. We bubble wrapped the contents, taped the box shut with packing tape (and the box was very sturdy). My wife was told the box was not strong enough and she had to purchase another one for $5.57 even though we received another item via UPS in THIS box. I see other folks saying that you seem to be “padding” your pricing and I honestly think you are. I also notice that your average review score is less than 4, which indicates you do have issues. I will continue using the UPS store on 301 which has top notch reviews and who don’t ‘pad’ their pricing.
Came in for a notary. Jackie helped me — or "helped" is generous.
I told her what I needed, and while she stood right there watching, I placed my document on the counter, pulled out my ID, and signed it. Straightforward. Then, after taking down all my information, she told me to sign it again. I asked why. She said she "didn't see me sign it" — even though she was standing right there the entire time.
I couldn't believe it. Instead of owning the mix-up, she gave me attitude about it, like I was the one causing a problem. I signed it again just to move things along. She finished the paperwork, printed the receipt, and handed it to me without a word — no "thank you," no acknowledgment, just a scowl, like I'd been the difficult one.
I came in for a simple notarization. Should have been an easy process. I'll find another place to spend my money — yours is a service industry, or at least I thought it was.

My husband and have been to this location and had wonderful experiences until this week. We were quoted and paid for printing services. When I went to pick up the project, they wanted additional money because they had made a mistake in their quote. No phone call prior, no apology, in fact they were incredibly rude. When I suggested that I didn't want to pay additional for their mistake (it was not a huge amount, simply the principal) they told me that they would not give me my copies unless I paid for their mistake. Which I did. Sadly, I was not the only customer they were rude to during my visit. When I called back the next day to talk to the owner, we were told that he could be emailed and may or not respond. I was also advised that if they had simply given me the copies without paying the additional that would be considered retail theft. Retail theft for their mistake.
