  Completely Useless staff. Wouldn’t accept returns in completely blank brown boxes stating I need to buy one of their boxes instead. Wouldn’t recommend this headache of an establishment to anyone.

  First of all your response to reviews are not professional at all and highly rude. My wife left a review and in your response you try to justify charging a file opening fee on top of a printing fee which is ridiculous at that point it’s just a money grab. I’ve never been charged a file opening fee at a UPS EVER. Also I truly enjoy the part where you ignore the fact that your website says you take USPS drop off but I was told you guys don’t when I was inside the store. Something that I’ve always been able to do at any other UPS store. Also as far as it comes to tapping it’s not the fact that we expect anything free but the fact that I was told it would be cheaper to buy a roll of tape rather than get charged for 3 strips of tape to close a box is absolutely crazy.

  For reference my husband and I both worked at UPS stores some years ago. My husband stopped by to drop off some Amazon returns and some USPS packages that he had to print labels for. First of all they charged for “digital file opening” on top of the print cost. Never in my life have I heard of a UPS store charging for digital file opening. Then they wouldn’t tape our box closed which any UPS I have ever gone to has offered complimentary tape (usually 3 strips per box for free). Then they told us they wouldn’t accept our USPS packages even though UPS takes USPS and it is advertised on their website. Nice business practices for a new store lol.
