  I needed to ship two packages on two different days from to a company that only uses FedEx. The product comes with return packaging and very detailed instructions on how to return it. Both times they told me they had never seen one and it would never make it because their machines were too rough. They tried to upsell me both times and were quite annoyed that I insisted on doing it the way I was supposed to. They both made it.

  For a brand-new location, the folks working here seem to still be learning how to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner. I've only been in twice, both times to drop off pre-paid returns, and in both instances the Associates acted as if I was interfering with their tasks. No greeting upon entry, no "thank you for your business", no hospitality whatsoever. If the retailer didn't specifically use FedEx as their shipping agent, I would never step foot in this business again. If your folks want to learn how if SHOULD be done, I suggest you go across the street to The UPS Store. Friendly staff that greets you at the door, assists with your packages, makes sure you've got everything you need before you leave, and always a sincere Thank You. It's called "Customer Service 101" and it's why I prefer to use the UPS Store whenever possible.

  Shannon and the team at this location are exceptional! I needed something printed in a rather large and not a standard size, they let me email my files to them, informed me that my file was too big, adjusted the file size to fit the print size and printed and picked up within the hour! Excellent product quality and customer service. Thank you!
