- JLJordan Larrytoday1.0The older white gentleman white hair, glasses with tattoos wasn’t helpful, when asked if they could provide additional boxes that were not out readily available for customers - he told me I could purchase the boxes. I wasn’t looking to take the boxes home I was looking to ship them out directly there. The shelves were empty and low on stock - they should close this post office or replace it with individuals looking to serve the customers looking for help. This is a federal job that they treat like it’s “Dollar Tree”, with no disrespect to “Dollar Tree”

- DBDenise BishopAug 8, 20261.0I had an appointment to process a passport application today and after waiting 30 minutes (me in the separate waiting area designated for passports and my husband waiting in a long line to inquire at the counter) he was told that “the guy who does passports called out and he’s the only one who has system access”. The kicker is we chose to leave a phone number and an email when we made the initial appointment so we would be informed of any changes or cancellations. No one bothered to call and inform us the appt was cancelled nor did they put a sign up in the passport waiting room or at the entrance. A family of 7 (2 adults and 5 young children) came in for their appointment while we were still waiting. What a fiasco for them as well. Do better.
