He will pull up at a big mailbox that has several units he'll put the mail in the box and then proceed on sitting there 30 to 45 minutes playing with his phone and talking to somebody on his phone

When I went to maybe find out more information the worker just looked up the tracking number, shrugged and said, “I don’t know what you want me to tell you”. Try having a little compassion! Even if you can’t help solve the issue, you can be kind about it.

This location has a larger scope of work than many of the surrounding offices, but they continue to be an essential part of the community. For small businesses and the individuals that rely on the USPS every day this location has been consistently reliable for myself and others in the same situation.
