- JSjennifer SimmondsJun 23, 20261.0This location is the worst I have ever seen. I have continuously lived at 1306 W 13th Street and the drivers continuously deliver the packages to 1306 Fairy Avenue. In order to get to Fairy Avenue they must turn off 13th Street in order to get to the incorrect address. I have been on the phone all day trying to figure out how to get the package redelivered and FedEx gave no explanation as to how or when they would go to the incorrect address to pick up the item. The item was really large as it was a bed, and my daughter had to drive down there and try to load the 100+ lb package in her car with her weighing less than 120 lbs. Fedex has not done anything to correct this issue.
