I made her aware of her rudeness and she hung up on me. I hope she gets fired, she is a disgusting customer service representative. Hope people like her aren't a reflection of the UPS store franchise.

As for the bad review about mailing a live plant and expecting it to get somewhere in one piece... unrealistic and ridiculous!
