First, it was charging to tape the top of the box, next time charging to add more paper to “stuff” the box and yesterday saying the box was “embedded “ with a hazardous logo, which it wasn’t! Three strikes and you are out!!! Retuned to the previous store I had been using even though this one is closer.

Also read a couple reviews and it looks like I’m not the only one they wanted to make pay for shipping fees. It’s sound like a money grab.

Instead they try to sell me a new box for $10-30. They look for a minuscule nick in the box and they say it cannot be shipped that way. Each time I leave and take it to another UPS store and they take it with no problems. This store on 69th Street sucks and is running s scam to make money. Never going there again.
