  I highly recommend this store. Everyone is always pleasant, polite, respectful and courteous. Below is a commendation letter which I addressed to the Manager of this store regarding one of the employees there. August 13, 2026 Re: Mario Lopez- Letter of commendation Dear Joe Zatarin, Store Manager I am writing this letter to formally recognize the above employee for providing exceptional customer service at this store. This employee, Mario Lopez is always greeting everyone with a warm welcoming smile. He maintains a polite, pleasant, respectful and courteous attitude, no matter how busy the store gets. And, I have been in this store when it is extremely busy. On one occasion, there were two customers who were needing an extreme amount of time to complete their packages, etc. The line was really long and the customers in the line and I as well, were waiting for a very long time to be assisted. But the customers were constantly acknowledged. None of the customers or I, were upset because we observed how Mario was going above and beyond to finish with these two customers, and that they would be assisted as soon as possible. Acknowledging customers is very important and necessary in a customer service setting. Mario is very professional, patient, and as mentioned, was constantly acknowledging and assisting the other customers as best he could, Mario demonstrates great people skills,. He went above and beyond making sure the customers knew he and the other young lady at the counter were doing their best to finish with these two customers, Not once did he show any signs of being overwhelmed, stressed, or frustrated. Employees of this caliber are rare, Please ensure this praise is shared with this employee and added to his personnel files as a reflection of his dedication and hard work, Thank you for employing such a professional and hard working employee, Sincerely, M.T.
