- BZBirong ZhengSep 30, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I shipped a package through this UPS Store, and when it arrived at my friend’s house, the items inside were completely missing. When I called this location to ask for assistance in filing a loss claim, the owner was extremely rude, yelled at me over the phone, and insisted that their only job is to ship packages and that missing items aren't their responsibility. I called corporate UPS customer support, and they explicitly told me that the specific store where I shipped the package is responsible for starting/filing the claim process. Despite making nearly 10 phone calls back and forth between UPS corporate and this store over the past month, the store owner refuses to take accountability or help. Save yourself the headache and do not use this location.

They didn’t take it. Went to another UPS seven minutes down the road. They took my boxes with no problem. Just didn’t appreciate the inconsistency of rules.
