Not only are the self service machines always broken or malfunctioning but also there is no one around in person. If your package is actually delivered you got LUCKY. Not to mention they have lost my incoming mail multiple times. This is by far the WORST post office I’ve ever been to, even the facility is poorly taken care of. They never have anything stocked for supplies, the only supplies they do have will be thrown on the ground and filthy. Good luck getting anything actually shipped if you come to the Palm Coast post office

There have been no deliveries and no pickups at our property. We currently have outgoing mail sitting and waiting to be collected, with no explanation whatsoever. This is not a weather-related issue — we are experiencing beautiful Florida weather, so that cannot be used as an excuse. Additionally, phone calls to the office go unanswered, which only adds to the frustration. Reliable mail service is essential. We expect consistent delivery and pickup, as well as basic communication when there is a problem. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.
