- AWAnn Williams1 day ago1.0Went in today to ship out a package. I was reminded of why I always print out my own labels and schedule a pick-up, go to Daytona USPS, or just use UPS. Everyone in this establishment is always so rude and act inconvenienced by someone just walking inside. It’s been awful for years.

It's not that hard to put mail in the correct mailbox at an apartment complex, but this is the 5th or 6th time a package has been put into the wrong parcel locker and I wasn't given the key. Can't even get ahold of anyone to get it resolved so still waiting. Also every phone automatic system sucks!! Can't talk to a real person and the automated person keeps just saying your "package is delivered", not ma'am it is not!! Answer the phone! Or just deliver the right way and I wouldn't have to contact you in the first place!!
