  This store is truly incredible and the workers here don't get enough credit. I was in the store today when this one lady on her bicycle came in and started bitching and complaining at Moses who I've dealt with for a very long time. He is always calm under pressure and knows his job like the back of his hand. She was screaming at him about a UPS account number that she was trying to give him and he calmly told her that you need a waybill from UPS Corporate beacuse the ups stores are third parties and not affliated with UPS delievery. He told her the UPS Stores do not carry shipping bills or waybills. This lady refused to listen and basically took her anger out on moses for her error of misunderstanding. Anyway after Moses was done with this lady he helped me with my shipping and was very courteous and shared a fee laughs and I have high regards for him. Don't let anyone ruin your day just because of their emotions. This store is the best UPS Store that I've ever been in especially since I've switched from going to the UPS store off of Dixie to The UPS Store on Palm Beach Island.

  This store specifically goes out of their way to be the best. Anyone with common sense can see that these people actually care about their job and their customers. This is the only UPS Store I would ever go to and I live in Lake Worth. It's a bit of a drive for me but I deliberately bypass all those UPS stores on purpose just to go to this one. If the workers here can't help me with my problem they come up with a solution to guide me in the right direction. They are detail oriented and time oriented and I can't say enough good things about this store. They know their job very well and I'm proud to call this place my UPS Store. Props to all employees at this store.

  This was the MOST disappointing abusive experiences I have ever had at a UPS store. I have had a corporate account with UPS for over 20 years. We have shipped $$ with UPS for my brand for over 20 years. UPS would be so disappointed to know this kind of customer abuse was taking place at one of their stores and especially in Palm Beach that represents their brand name. I entered the store and asked for a UPS overnight envelope. I then asked for a shipping slip for the envelope to use with my UPS account. I was told they did not have shipping slips and I could not use my account there. Not in a nice way. In a truly yelling and abusive disturbing way from the UPS representative. As this conversation escalated for no reason to personal attacks from the UPS employee. I gave up and left the store. It was truly disgusting and disturbing to know this kind of abuse can happen over a simple transaction. DO NOT GO THERE. This is an awful place with terrible customer service. UPS. You need to make this right!

  Ashley was so professional, personable, efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. ASHLEY IS AWESOME / KUDOS I’ve worked in customer service. People are so quick to get upset when they’re upset. However, the one that does everything correct never gets the proper credit. I certainly hope that Ashley does! I appreciate her….   Every time I visit this store I get a warm greeting along with the most genuine and efficient help. Today’s visit necessitated a glowing review. I have a package stuck in ‘wrong zip code purgatory’ at a facility about an hour away. Seconds after walking in Ashley asked if she could help me, needed little explanation before jumping to a computer across the store to address the situation, and quickly got my info and contacted the facility. Since she would be on hold for a bit she took my number and said she’d call me with an update. About ten minutes later she called to tell me the problem had been fixed and I’d receive the package in time. Just absolutely amazing service and I can’t thank her enough. This is my go-to shipping location.
