- NSNicole SheehanMay 13, 20261.0Two stars for this post office is generous. Usually I pre-pay & drop box so I rarely have to go inside. Recently, they've improperly scanned my packages multiple times, leaving me no choice but to go in. The wrap around lines are atrocious. Waiting hours for one person behind the counter, while 5-8 other employees are in the back. Most of them are incredibly rude & won't put forth the effort to help. I know it's not an easy job but this location could do way better.
- HOheidi .o.May 8, 20261.0absolutely the rudest employees of any usps ever. i swear. i asked about getting something notarized (google said they did it) > employee said they didn’t do that > i asked if she knew where i could get it done > she hung up on me > i called back and asked again if she knew where i could get it done because google said usps could do it > she said “i thought we were done” and kept getting defensive like im attacking her, she was so rude when i asked a basic question > i said “no need to have an attitude when im asking a very basic question” > hangs up on me again. i work customer service and i never in a million years would ever talk to a customer how she handled the situation. it’s not just this lady either, ALL of the employees are rude and dismissive. i’ve had packages go missing from my side hustle, have packages go missing that i ordered. they’re insanely incompetent and rude. i can’t rate them 0 or else i would. insane.
