- GMGabby MJun 29, 20261.0I have had a terrible experience with this particular USPS branch. I requested mail keys for my new apartment which they told me would take 30 days. Because of this, I placed a hold mail request to ensure that I could retrieve any mail and packages from the post office while waiting for the keys to be made. For some reason this hold request was ignored and I had a package delivered to my mailbox 2 weeks ago. I have gone into the post office 3 times since (this location is frequently packed and very hot, so I wait in line for about 30 minutes each time) and each time requested that they pick up my package and bring it back to the post office. They say rhey will, but they have failed to remedy this and continue to tell me they don't understand why this happened. It's incredibly frustrating and I am concerned about the contents of my package being damaged by the heat. I still have yet to receive an update, I have placed a service request and the manager reached out but has failed to inform me how he plans to remedy this issue. I'm at my wits end and incredibly frustrated. I understand this job is difficult, but I don't understand why they seem incapable of simply opening my mailbox and bring my package back to the post office.

- DFDarius FJun 16, 20262.0Always a long, long wait. Usually just a 1 person working the front going on wild goose chases for packages that should have been delivered. Plan on spending up to an hour for a simple task here. Bring headphones and a guided meditation playlist to keep your sanity.
- DRDns ReysJun 4, 20261.0Showed up with my 9 weeks old for a passport appointment. 10 mins late and passport manager Hazel came out and kicked us out in a rude way. I explained my situation to the manager Kevin as a physician we arrived late because of patient care situation but he didnt care much and told us to come back with the walk-ins. The fact that they are insensitive to 9 weeks old and postpartum mother makes them unfit of the job they are doing. There was no one else getting a passpobooked as shown in the video done but supposedly they are fully book.
