- NMNorm MightMay 29, 20261.0Went there two days in a row and they cannot either print or access their own network because its down. Both times told to "go to Staples." UPS is a package delivery company and this is your own banch - if clients cant even print shipping labels but instead have to be told to "go to Staples" then shut this useless branch down. Plus UPS has the nickel and dime mindset and the gall to charge for printing of the shipping label. Fedex doesn't charge for that and their equipment always works. Corporate go fix your crap and change your nickel and dime policies or let your stock price along with your reputation go to 0.00
