- LSLaura Saenztoday1.0I’ve had several unpleasant experiences at this UPS location. The younger woman and younger man are always nice and helpful, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the older bald gentleman and the other grumpy employee. They make you feel unwelcome every time you walk into the store, almost as if they hate seeing customers. Today, October 15, I witnessed the older bald gentleman being extremely rude to an elderly woman. Unfortunately, I’ve personally experienced his rude behavior several times as well. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially elderly people. I’m at the point where I would rather drive to another UPS location than continue dealing with this kind of customer service. Very disappointing!

Tyson was knowledgeable about every aspect of the store to me bringing returns and copying things for me and explaining all of the other services provided. He was kind and outgoing. I have noticed a lot of the times when I am there , customers are what make it take longer than it needs to be. Not the staff
