  Where do I even begin? I brought my entire leadership team (CCO, Clinical Director, and Director of Operations) and we all left transformed. What sets ABA Growth Team apart is that they did not show up with a generic playbook. They read everything we sent in advance, built a custom agenda around our specific gaps, and adapted in real time as our conversations evolved. By the end of three days we had our company vision on paper for the first time, a 90-day action plan with named owners, and each leader finally understanding what they own. Dan sees the business clearly and without ego. Ally is a PhD BCBA who has built and scaled exactly what we are trying to build. She brings clinical credibility and operational wisdom in the same breath. They also went out of their way to accommodate our team's personal needs without hesitation, the kind of small detail that tells you exactly who you are dealing with.   Dr. Ally and Dan are amazing humans that really care about the ABA field and supporting the smaller organizations. I attended one of their bootcamps and its soo informational. I would highly recommend using them as a resource. I will definitely be attending more bootcamps with them.

  Dan and Ally are very knowledgeable and have practical methods for tackling problems that ABA practices face. This includes lecture, answering questions, handouts, references and usable spreadsheets. We are looking forward to start implementing it all and are looking forward to #2!
