  We needed some documents notarized and were fortunate to pick this particular UPS store. Donnie, the notary, was excellent! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional, but most of all, he was very personable and made the experience a very pleasant one. There were several customers in line for things to be notarized, but Donnie did not rush us through. He made sure that all things were correctly done. Donnie is a great asset to UPS.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ John and his coworkers at my local UPS Store are absolutely wonderful! Every time I walk in, they greet me warmly and make me feel welcome. Even when they’re busy, they always take the time to acknowledge me, speak kindly, and help with whatever I need. The entire team is consistently polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful. That level of customer service deserves recognition, and I truly appreciate the care they put into every visit. Thank you, John and team, for making even a quick errand such a pleasant experience!

  Donnie did a great job providing notarization services! I am an attorney and also a notary myself and whenever I need a third-party notary, I am always worried as many notaries do not do their job well and make mistakes. Not Donnie. He took his time with the necessary signatures, did everything in the right order and had excellent attention to detail. It's rare to see people take pride in their work and have this kind of attitude. Truly excellent experience.

  I’m constantly making Happy Returns at this location, and I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with John twice now. Both times, he was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. He’s genuinely super nice and makes what could be a quick, transactional interaction feel pleasant. I’ve had previous experiences at this same location where I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing the employee with my returns (possibly under previous ownership), so I really appreciate the difference in customer service. John never makes me feel that way—he’s helpful, patient, and just has a great attitude. Thank you, John, for consistently making my visits a positive experience!

  I unfortunately had come into the store very aggravated from trying to merely over night an envelope and had been sent to 2 different places from USPS (today, I’ve learned they no longer offer overnight mailing)prior to landing at this store. Donny greeted me with a huge smile and such kindness I was immediately at ease. He happily helped me to figure out the best and most effective way to send the documents I needed sent. From this day forward if I have ANYTHING that needs a service you offer, I will not hesitate for a moment coming straight back to this store!! Kudos to Donny for being so helpful and respectful. He deserves a raise at the very least.. immediately!
