- GCGabrielle CraftAug 21, 20261.0USPS is a joke. Been operating since 1775 and still loosing stuff and no accountability. I sent my son in the ARMY a package and it got lost. After numerous phone calls and emails, no answers and no resolution. They keep saying do this and do that and call here and call there but no one has any answers or valid information and they keep passing me on to the next person. Can we please get someone from like Chick-fil-a to train the usps people on efficiency and accuracy??!! I am so over it and my son’s irreplaceable gift may never be found and received :-(
- DDDuncanAug 1, 20262.0They delivered an opened package and didn't attempt to notify me. Contents were removed from package leaving the damaged empty envelope in my mailbox. When confronted at the store they stated they checked the loose bin and told me to file a claim on the USPS website. Overall good service but this was worth informing others about.
