    Worst customer service. Every single employee avoids eye contact at all cost, me and another person were waiting to ask a question and they were just chatting and avoiding eye contact. Eventually I found a different employee who I just walked up to and asked and she helped , but , seemed annoyed. Actually wild how terrible that experience went.

    Ive been to this staples quite a few times now for returns and that sort of things and I swear it always seems like none of the workers ever want to be there, you say "hi" and they don't even say nothing back at you. I worked retail for years and i know what it feels like to be on the other side of the counter but MAN! This place's customer service is actually way below the bare minimum. Please improve it.

    Big thanks to Sandy in the printing department! I had a couple of large banners that needed some modifications due to poor image quality. She didn't wait for me to pickup the order to be disappointed and miss my event deadline. She personally called me and gave me feedback to fix the order and got it done sooner than 24 hours! Thanks, Sandy for great customer service and helping me meet my deadline.

    I drove 1.5 hours each way to this Staples location because their website clearly showed the NeeDoh Nice Cube as being in stock. After arriving, I was told the inventory information on the website was incorrect and that they didn’t have the product at all. I understand that inventory systems aren’t perfect, but when customers are expected to rely on your website before making a long trip, accuracy matters. Wasting three hours of someone’s day because your stock information is completely wrong is unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t some common item sitting on every shelf—it’s a hard-to-find product that many parents are actively searching for. If your inventory system can’t reliably tell customers whether an item is available, then it shouldn’t be displayed as “in stock” in the first place. Apparently, at Staples, “In Stock” means “Maybe, Maybe Not—Feel Free to Drive 90 Minutes and Find Out.” Very disappointing experience. I trusted the information provided by Staples and paid for it with my time, fuel, and frustration.

    I stepped into the store about 7 minutes before closing to pick up a print order. When I arrived at the printing counter, there was already another customer being helped with what sounded like an on-the-spot print request. Since I am currently 19 weeks pregnant, I quickly used the restroom, which took less than two minutes. When I returned, the same customer was still being assisted, so I walked over to the Amazon return area to drop off a package. Two employees were there, and one appeared to be the manager as she was giving instructions to the other associate. The second associate looked at me as if to ask how she could help, and I simply stated that I needed to do an Amazon drop-off. Before the associate could respond, the manager abruptly and rudely stated, “Amazon just closed a minute ago,” while walking away in an annoyed tone, as though my presence two minutes before closing was an inconvenience. I then walked back to the print department. While I was standing at the print counter, I overheard the associate helping the other customer make a remark about people coming in to do print jobs so close to closing, in a tone that came across very much like, “how dare they.” Even before directly interacting with staff, the atmosphere already felt unwelcoming and irritated toward customers who entered near closing time. Although the print associate was still helping the other customer, she was still kind enough to ask what I needed. I explained I was there to pick up my order and still needed to pay. She handed the other customer her paperwork, directed her to the register, confirmed my order, and handed me my documents as well. When I walked to the register near the Amazon area, there was no one there. The same customer from the print department was also waiting to be checked out. The associate returned with one final print job for that customer, checked her out, walked her to the door, then came back and checked me out. As we walked toward the exit, I overheard her state through her headset that she was “finished” with me. I walked out at approximately 7:06 PM. I have shopped at and worked with Staples many times over the years, and I have never experienced this level of rudeness and lack of customer care. I left feeling unwanted, like a burden, and as though my business did not matter simply because I arrived shortly before closing despite still being helped and out the door only minutes later. I understand employees are eager to leave at closing time, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and basic kindness, especially when they are respectful and mindful of staff time.
