- MHMaxine hylton1 day ago1.0I dropped off my package after hours on 8/11/26 they scanner doesn’t work so I had my label on my package already as to today 8/18/26 my packages still not delivered to the destination or even showed scanned on my package was not returned back to me. So I want to know where is my packages.

Tracked my mail 12 hours later, and it was shipped off to lake Mary. Tried to call MULTIPLE TIMES, never got an answer, just remained on hold every time until the line hung up itself.

I’m not sure if the other worker was having a bad day but she became irritated with me instantly. With an instant eye roll and long pause, because I was confused she only wanted to tell me what I did incorrectly and I would have walked out. Kairi took the initiative to help me and show me. so I could mail boxes out and I truly truly appreciated her help. I understand customers can be hard to deal with and people can have bad days.
