  Extremely disappointing experience, particularly with Clerk #13. I have mailed the same type of item—a rigid vintage airline ticket jacket—multiple times using USPS Ground Advantage. On this visit, Clerk #13 refused to accept it that way and insisted that I pay for Priority Mail instead. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience with Clerk #13. Over the years, I have personally experienced repeated mistakes when dealing with her, along with what I consider an unnecessarily nasty and dismissive attitude toward customers. This latest incident was enough for me to finally leave a review. If a mailing has previously been classified incorrectly, I have no problem paying the correct postage. What I expect is a professional explanation of the applicable USPS rule and courteous treatment. Instead, I was met with hostility when I questioned why the same type of item had previously been accepted under a different service. Customers should be able to ask reasonable questions without being treated as though they are an inconvenience. USPS management should review both the consistency of the information being provided at this location and the customer-service issues involving Clerk #13.

  I’m glad we have a post office. I’m an online seller, so I ship a lot of packages every day. They have a drop box for prepaid packages, so you can skip the line, but it happens that your packages don’t get scanned until the next day, even when I brought them in around noon. This is too late for me. So, now I have to get in line (which can be long) every day, even though my packages are prepaid, just to make sure they get scanned. Just yesterday I used the drop box again, since the line was long, I needed to pick my kids up from school, and again, my packages weren’t scanned and departed the post office only the next day. My eBay seller rating has plummeted because I shipped too late. I ship with UPS as well, a world of difference! Always helpful, friendly, service minded. Heck, the UPS office in Bell Aire plaza even takes my USPS packages, to help out the USPS pick up. I’m glad we have a post office, and the people that work there are nice, that’s the 3 stars.

  Easy, plentiful parking, full service post office. Easy to get to, well staffed.

  I asked to use a piece of tape and they literally wouldn’t let me. I could see the tape, and the lady was just a brat. She said it’s her tape and I cannot use a piece. Most post offices I go to have a mailing station with tape that you can use. I was really surprised. I always thought postal workers were nice people before today.
