And there was another customer at the counter waiting and someone in front of me waiting. This is unexcusable and unexpectable. They should have more people in side to help the customers. It seems like the have more mail carriers than anything else. I won't be using this Post office anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere until they can get there act together and get the proper help that is needed.

Other locations open at 7am and this should be standard for all branches. They hold my packages every time and I have to leave work early just so I can retrieve my packages and adjust to their horrible hours! They also lie saying delivery was attempted when it reality they have never showed up. I know this bc yesterday Amazon s website said “ delivery attempted” but there was nothing inside my mailbox saying they attempted- Only today 3/23
