- GTGrant Toranzo6 days ago2.0This post office has a self-service kiosk that you cant even use after the lobby closes. Defeats the entire idea of having the kiosk available, especially when they lock our free USPS boxes in that lobby. No other location in the area with a self-service kiosk does not make the tax paid free USPS boxes unavailable. They need to improve this location. Losing money when the lobby is closed. Drove to the Maitland post office instead, that has a kiosk with boxes next to the kiosk, free to use.

And there was another customer at the counter waiting and someone in front of me waiting. This is unexcusable and unexpectable. They should have more people in side to help the customers. It seems like the have more mail carriers than anything else. I won't be using this Post office anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere until they can get there act together and get the proper help that is needed.
