I had a very disappointing experience with USPS regarding a package I sent using next-day delivery service. When I mailed the package at another USPS location, the employee clearly explained to me that if the package was not delivered the next day, I would be eligible for a refund due to the service guarantee. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered the next day. It actually took three days to arrive. I went to this USPS location to ask about the process, and I spoke with an employee named Jacob. From the beginning, his attitude was very unprofessional and dismissive. I understand that policies can vary and that employees may not always have immediate solutions, but customer service and respect should still matter. Instead of trying to help or explain the process properly, he acted like he did not care and made me feel like I was bothering him for asking questions about a service I paid for. I even asked to speak with a manager, and it was very clear that he was not happy about it. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was extremely patient, professional, and helpful while assisting multiple customers at the same time. She explained that different USPS locations may handle certain refund procedures differently, which honestly was surprising because customers expect the same standards and policies across USPS locations. The difference in attitude between the two employees was huge. One person made the situation stressful and frustrating, while the other handled it with professionalism and kindness. I believe customer service matters, especially when customers are paying for guaranteed services. I hope USPS works on creating more consistency in both policy communication and customer treatment.

I went yesterday to get my fingerprint done and the lady that was there, supervisor Eralda, told me she didn’t have anybody to do and to come back the next day. When I went back the next day and another lady which was super helpful told me that was not the case, that they do fingerprints all day. Really dissatisfied with Eralda’s service, she just didn’t want to be bother to get someone to assist me with my request and wasted my time.

This US Postal for Zip Code 32827 has a big, big issue every card I have received through mail that is from the bank or the county it has been opened and accessed. I have attached a picture of one letter but all them have been opened like this or fully opened the card looks like it was never sealed when it was a county sealed letter.
