- TTtay (tboxco)Apr 18, 20261.0Very rude, went to the front to ask for help because I’m not familiar with shipping out packages at the post office, she said we had 4 minutes to re do all 10 packages and was very very rude. Don’t recommend. I’m pregnant sleep deprived and all I wanted was some help to get these down to figure out what package they go in, she said I’d have to pay even though the buyer paid.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All should be fired. I should be getting paid for 30 minutes of my very valuable time, they’re just lazy and don’t know how to do their damn job.

My package was supposed to be kept on hold but she told me it was sent out anyways and while explaining to the manager my situation she kept demeaning me and did not solve my problem. She absolutely cannot be talking to customers.
