  When they hold your mail and then they lose your mail. And then you wait 40 minutes, and then they tell you they can't find it. So you have to fill out some form, and they'll get to you later when they can try to find it. It is very annoying. Fingers crossed the package they can't find and all of my held mail eventually makes it to the house.

  I came to collect mail here in my name. I showed the lady at the counter my ID. She said she needed a tracking number but it took me so long to find I had to step out of line. I even asked her if I can just use my ID to locate it and she said no. When it was my turn again, a man at another counter said all he needed was my ID and he got the mail within seconds. I said Don't you need a tracking number, and he said no it's not necessary. Such annoying inonsistency.

  While there is usually a wait, the people who work here are always very friendly and efficient. The issue is not their level of service, but that they are severely understaffed. I am grateful for how quick I get my packages shipped once I reach the counter. There are usually only 2 people working at a time which can cause a long line and I assume many people waiting often are not fully prepared which takes a while. Still I do not mind waiting at all since USPS is the cheapest and fastest (imo) option for shipping. I have sometimes seen people be very rude to the employees and that is so unwarranted because they are always nothing but kind and patient with me. I believe we should support our national postal service and not take it for granted.

  They are absolutely horrible. They have not reached out to me for over one week about why my package is still with them. Very poor customer service as they told the sender that they will not tell her more about why they have the package. Knowing them, one of their employees probably stole it or they are genuinely that backed up or who knows. They are blacklisted from the sender and from me. Will tell everyone to not use them.

  I am extremely disappointed with your company. My package arrived in the United States, but instead of handling the delivery correctly, it is now being returned to Brazil because of your mistake. I was told the mail carrier attempted delivery and no one answered, but when I contacted the carrier directly, they told me they never even went to my house. I was also told you could not deliver to my vacation address, so why wasn’t the shipment stopped or redirected before it was sent? Because of your poor communication and misinformation, I am now losing my order. I expect your company to take responsibility and provide a solution.
