    Terrible customer service!!!!! It seems a few other reviews also mention a specific worker here and everyone seems to have a problem with her. She is miserable to interact with.

    Why is it that I've tried calling multiple times to get information and no one is answering. I'm also calling at times where it shows it's not so busy. I need specific information. Some people do not have cars to drive out and get a 1 answer question. The phone has hung up multiple times after ringing for a couple minutes. This is extremely frustrating, and you guys should have at least one who can give basic information over the phone. The link to schedule appointments is not even working. This is unfair to a lot of folks who do not have quick or easy access to the physical building. I'm sure you may have some great individuals who work here but this is totally unprofessional to not answer the phone as a public service as many times as I have called. And no alternative either to get any assistance is disappointing.

    I would like to report a negative experience I had with an employee named Candy. During my visit, Candy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not verify my address and instead instructed me to write the address directly on the box and get back in line. I explained multiple times that I had never done this before and that, in my experience, the address is written on a shipping form. However, she ignored my explanation and proceeded to call the next customer without resolving my concern. As a result, I had to wait in line again. When I was finally assisted by a different employee, she immediately provided me with a shipping form and clarified that the address should be written there. I completed the form as instructed, but by the time I finished, that employee had left her station. Another male employee then came over and asked me to wait again, which caused further delay and frustration. Additionally, Candy insisted, “Of course not,” and claimed that I had never mentioned the package was international. Rather than listening or clarifying, she interrupted me, blamed me for the confusion, and moved on to assist another customer before the issue was resolved. This experience was extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and unpleasant. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve customer service and communication.

    I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding a customer service experience I recently had at the post office. After waiting in line for approximately 20 minutes, I was assisted by Lucy at Window/Cabin 4. I politely requested assistance with creating and printing a Priority Mail shipping label. I explained that I had previously been helped with this process at the same location by providing the recipient's address and having the label generated at the counter. Lucy immediately informed me that she would not assist me and stated that I needed to go outside and complete the process myself. I respectfully explained that this service had been provided to me before and asked if she could help, but she refused and told me that I could either ask someone else or handle it on my own. As a result, I spent nearly an additional hour trying to figure out the process myself. After successfully completing it, I returned to the counter and witnessed Lucy creating and printing a shipping label for another customer the exact type of assistance I had originally requested. When I pointed out that this was the service I had been asking for, she dismissed my concern and told me to "just go home." I found this interaction extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and discourteous. My concern is not simply that assistance was denied, but that I was treated differently from another customer who received the exact service I had requested moments later. Customers should be treated respectfully, consistently, and fairly. This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had. I believe this matter deserves further review so that similar situations can be prevented in the future and so that all customers receive the professional service they expect and deserve. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I NEVER leave reviews, but this experience was so shocking I had to. I just had an experience being berated by one of the employees. He was extremely rude and condescending, and I didn’t even speak one word to him the whole interaction! I went to the drop off box inside the post office and when I went to open it, it was stuck. I was confused as the person in front of me had just successfully opened and dropped off a package. I attempted to open it one more time and this employee came from behind saying “common sense would say that it is full” and then proceeded to berate me over having tried to open it. The phrase “I need this to get through your head” was verbatim used. He used many condescending comments such as that throughout the interaction. He then went to the back and changed out the bin. As i said previously, i did not say one word to this man so this response was completely unwarranted and unnecessary. I was so shocked that I had been spoken to in such a manner that I did not get his name. He was a black man, bald, in his 40’s/50’s, probably around 5’10. I purposely used the self service drop off box because i had personally seen him speak in such a manner to other customers on previous visits and did not want to experience that. Please I implore that an investigation be done because I have seen many poor reviews about this post office and specifically about this employee.
