  My items was stolen. They literally use box cutter to open my shipment and took the items. Then they use regular tape to close it. When i contact them regarding it, they were attacking me. Very rude about it. Telling me "they know the carriers and they wouldn't open packages. Really, are they your family members? So the Basically telling me i was lying about my items being missing. I would hope my mail never go through them again, but unfortunately you can't always pick post office location when ordering online.

  Who ever the lady is who do the customer service , listen fire her immediately! She has no customer phone service at all. always feel like she correct. I told the women I came up there twice to do an address change. It’s been 2months and I haven’t received any mail. She keep telling me the same thing I didn’t put my apt number on the paper. So what I didn’t was went back up there made sure I did it and now today they telling me I didn’t put no apt number on the paper. SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN ARE GET NEW EMPLOYEES ASAP.

  Had my mail stolen weeks ago, so I made contact with Johnny at 3200 hiawassee in pine hills. he contacted me a couple of times about the situation, and told me in our last contact that he's giving my info to his boss and that someone would be in contact. I've yet to hear ANYTHING about my 3 stolen watches! Absolutely disgusted with how this has been handled. I told Johnny that I watched the mail man park up the road and run to my mailbox and run back to his van and backup my street as to not pass my house. I thought to myself that's odd, why wouldn't he just drive straight and go out the the street that doesn't have a bunch of speed bumps? as I went to the mailbox I noticed my package had two holes ripped in the black bag like material, odd right? It gets better..... I got an email stating my PACKAGES were delivered! I said ok, well I got one of them, and I watched the man only put one in the box, so where's the other package with the 3 Invicta watches that he claimed to deliver?? Little does he know my neighbor that he parked in front of has a camera. If I don't hear anything from the post office in the next couple days I'm going to the police and filing charges or whatever I need too to get my mail that i paid for. The kicker is Johnny told me that the guy that delivered that day was filling in for my regular guy, mind you I've been getting packages for years and NEVER had an issue until the one guy that filled in for my regular guy showed up
