- CLCarla LucyAug 22, 20265.0I have been going to this post office for years. Around 10- 12 years and have never encountered an issue. I have mailed packages and cards weekly and everyone has always been courteous, polite, and helpful no matter who I've encountered. I also have never experienced any packages or mail getting lost when sent out. I send many packages overseas to the UK and Canada too. Have never had an issue. I finally decided to write a review on here because I saw so many negative ones and felt that it just didn't represent this USPS location, at all. I've gone to plenty USPS through the years in many different parts of Florida and many other states (hundreds in fact) because I travel for work, and this locations is one of the best. They are efficient even when the lines get long and have always apologized and thanked me for waiting. They also have late hours (Open til 8pm M-Sat and Sun til 4pm) which make it convenient for those who work late, or get off work late. Thank you USPS for the hard work ! My family, friends, and I truly appreciate you. Many blessings!

- SHS HollJul 30, 20265.0Arrived as a walk in to renew my minor’s passport and received phenomenal customer service from Arturo. Specific hours for passport services weren’t listed on the USPS website, and when we arrived we were initially told to make an appointment and come back as the hours to do passports were 11:00-14:45. Arturo came in and absolutely saved the day. He happily handled the renewal process, saved us from making another trip and really made our day. I hope USPS leadership can recognize Arturo for his excellent customer service.
