The customer service specialist on duty, Tony, was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was nervous about having all the correct documents and getting photos taken properly, but Tony handled the entire thing with aplomb and made the process seem easy. When it's time to renew our passports, we'll certainly hope Tony is still available to help us again at this location.

I’ve had several packages end up here that were never scanned and ultimately went missing. This location needs better surveillance and more consistent scanning of every shipment, as the current process is unacceptable. The amount of frustration and stress this United States Postal Service facility has caused is significant while operations continue as usual, both buyers and sellers are left dealing with the consequences.
