This has been the worst experience I have ever been I am a disabled veteran was denied service. I was bring a lot of packages to the machine outside to drop off ask for help due to face that the machine outside was down so I can turn in prepaid 21 prepaid packages I waiting 20 minutes they told me no they wouldn’t help with attitude. I told tell since I was folllowi the rules with lot of packages going to the machine since it’s not working can you do an exception and accept packages in front they said no we are not doing that. They was not busy kick away another lady with attitude. I cannot believe the rudeness and lack of customer service. At end I did lose it and got loud after all the rudeness and unprofessional I let them bring me down to my low I apologize for that. I will never go there again together. People avoid this post office worst customer service and help you will ever get. Never again. They need to take example of the people in the post office on econolohatee and east colonial shout to them for helping after that terrible ordeal shout out to Suz there polite and professional.

No matter what time of day I come to the Curry Ford location, there is only 1 person at the counter with a line of 12-20 people waiting. Won't go back because of this regular lack of regard for the customers. You can see other staff at the back, talking and laughing and doing desk work, but no-one comes out front to help. Not impressed.

Very disappointing experience at this Post Office. The customer service and overall organization are extremely poor. There seems to be very little coordination between employees, and management does not appear to properly supervise lunch breaks or staff scheduling, which creates long lines and unnecessary waiting times for customers.
Instead of prioritizing customer service, employees often seem overwhelmed, unavailable, or disorganized. The lack of communication and leadership is very noticeable. Customers who are on tight schedules or need urgent services are left waiting without clear information or assistance.
This location seriously needs better supervision, improved staff coordination, and more professionalism when handling customers. The service was frustrating, inefficient, and far below what should be expected from a public service office.

Line out of the door, one cashier doing service, no priority envelope and the cashier to really happy to help. I’m leaving with the service.

This is, without a doubt, the worst postal service office I’ve dealt with.
For the past year to year and a half, the situation here has been chaotic The lines are consistently extremely long, and there is almost never enough staff. there are only two employees, and sometimes just one handling everything.
Customer service is nonexistent. There is no sense of urgency, no organization, and no willingness to help. The staff works painfully slow, and at times it even feels intentional. On multiple occasions, they don’t even know where basic items are—stamps, tape, simple supplies—things you would expect any postal worker to easily locate.
What’s worse is the lack of professionalism. I witnessed an employee leave a customer mid-service while the person was still preparing a package, walk out to the parking lot, and return about 10 minutes later with a sweater and a drink—without saying a word or offering any explanation.
Wait times here are outrageous—30, 45, even 60 minutes every single time I visit. And when one employee says, “I’ll be right back,” they disappear for 15 minutes or more, leaving already long lines completely unattended.
This office was not always like this. About a year and a half ago, it operated much more efficiently. Something has clearly gone very wrong since then.
Thankfully, I will be moving out of this area soon and won’t have to deal with this location anymore. But for anyone who has no choice but to come here, be prepared for a frustrating and time-consuming experience.h
