I haven't had mailed delivered in over THREE weeks. I go to the post office pick it up. Excuses are "your driver has been out" "we don't know" "come back tomorrow" If there was a hold, picking up the mail is supposed to cancel the hold. A week later still no mail, go back and pick it up. Same excuses. Still no mail, go back 2 days and the driver is there and says they will start to deliver. Guess what NO MAIL. No supervisor available, hiding in the office and can't come out because they are on an important call.

Terrible !They LIE and say package undeliverable Everything I order with any company that uses USPS to deliver my packages they refuse to deliver if it doesn’t fit in my mailbox. I’ve placed multiple complaints and tickets and still they refuse to deliver my packages. I have no control over what delivery service is delivering my stuff and also this has held up my funds on multiple occasions

I just went into the post office to check my mail and then go to the front counter. The young lady at the counter was wearing a bonnet. That is so unprofessional. Bonnets are made to sleep in, not wear out in public, especially working in public in a government agency. It's a bad look for the whole building.

I visited the office located at 7707 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32809 to request assistance with a simple change of address. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk gave me incorrect information. She stated that I could only complete a change of address for myself and not for my two minor children because they would have to be 18 years or older. I informed her that this was incorrect and explained that I could submit a change of address for my minor children. I also offered to bring their birth certificates if identity verification was needed. Instead of assisting me, she responded with a very negative attitude. She rolled her eyes, insisted that my children would need identification, and dismissed the fact that they are minors and therefore do not have IDs. She then handed me the paperwork by tossing it on the desk. Before I even had the chance to step away from the counter, she called the next person while I was still standing there being assisted. I stepped outside to my car to complete the forms and planned to return to speak with a manager about the interaction. When I came back inside, the gentleman sitting next to her appeared to already be aware of the situation and had a smirk on his face. I asked him if a manager was available. He told me that no manager would be present until 2:00 PM. When I asked if there was anyone else above them that I could speak with, he said there was a supervisor but that she would not be able to assist because she was helping in the back. I then asked who would assist a customer who had an issue with the service they were receiving. His response was that there was no one who could help me, and he proceeded to call the next person in line. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism displayed at this location was very disappointing. This is not the first time I have experienced rude behavior at this office, and it appears that nothing is being done to address these concerns. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given accurate information when seeking assistance. I sincerely hope that management reviews this situation and works toward improving the customer service at this location. Hiring staff who treat people respectfully and providing proper training would greatly improve the experience for the community that relies on this office for services.
