Shout out to the very knowledgeable Clarisa (I hope I spelled it right) that took a few minutes of her time to help out the customers trying to figure out the self serve machine with a great and positive attitude. Its customer service like this that keeps customers coming back and recommending the business forward. p.s. the QR code and email address on the receipts are not working so I came here and still left a review because of of how awesome the service and staff at this location is. Thank you!

Just last week, I brought in a package that needed a little tape because I had used the last of my tape while packing for a move. The employee helping me had absolutely no issue putting a small amount of tape on the box so it could be shipped. Fast forward to today, and apparently the rules have completely changed depending on which employee you get. I asked the woman at the counter if she could tape up one box, and she said “you’re gonna buy a roll of tape” A entire roll of overpriced tape. Meanwhile, there were probably multiple open rolls of tape sitting right on her counter. What makes this so frustrating is the complete lack of consistency. Either helping customers tape a package is allowed or it isn’t. If it’s against policy, then every employee should follow that policy. If it isn’t, then there was no reason to refuse such a simple request. It’s ridiculous that I wasted gas driving there expecting the same service I received just a week ago, only to be treated like buying a whole roll of tape was my only option. A little common sense and customer service would go a long way. Instead, I left feeling annoyed, inconvenienced, and honestly disappointed by how unwilling this employee was to help with something that would have taken less than 30 seconds. I won’t be going out of my way to use this location again. The line wasn’t even long so it’s not like there was any hold up. June 16th 2025 around 4:30-5:00pm
