If I had known they would close early, I would’ve gone to another one. Missed a deadline to ship something out smh

- AMAnnabella MorenoJul 16, 20261.0This location has some of the rudest, nastiest employees I have ever encountered. Sheila and her supervisor were horrible and extremely condescending. Sheila was extremely rude and disrespectful all because I had told her my passport appointment was at 1 and came in right at my appointment time. That was all I said and she began to yell and shake her head and have very nasty hostile behavior towards me and my fiance. She then proceeded to “You can talk to my supervisor” as if I’m the one who had a problem. I did not need to talk to a supervisor for simply showing up for my appointment at my appointment time. Then the supervisor did not say anything to Sheila and allowed this behavior to happen. Apparently they had already sent the employee who does passports to lunch and blamed me as if it was my fault. Then they told me to come back at 2 pm when her lunch finished and that her shift ends at 2:15 pm. Lies!!!! When I came back at 1:55 pm another customer was there for passports and she also had an appointment for 1:30 pm. I saw her help both of us well after 2:15 pm. The employee helping us with the passport was the only nice individual in this location. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like you are stupid. Remember: A little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way.
