They suck. They are always understaffed. You’ll be here for ever in line and they have ppl in the back and their workers are rude.

If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would rate this office and their service.
I made an appointment back on 3/28/26 for today 4/17/26 for 11:15 am because it was the next available and I arrived at 10:55 trying to be on time and make sure I have everything ready and there was one guy ahead of us and he said “join the line because I have been waiting for 30 minutes and still have not called me for my passport appt”
Due to this and my daughter having autism and making her wait >30 min can make her elope, have tantrums or increased behaviors I decided to check in and kindly ask the guy at the desk if he could write down ny number and call me when they were ready for me and I will make my daughter wait in the car and he said, okay, sure and wrote down my number.
And more than 45-50 minutes have passed and I have not received any calls yet and went into the post office just to find out that they were taking other passport applications appointments because “I stepped out” when that was not the case at all and the desk worker Fabiola essentially called me a liar because I said that she had skipped us and started taking another person and she said: “they were before you” and I explained the situation and how I even saw this people arrived in their car way after us and we were waiting in the car due to my daughter’s ASD and they did not care at all and made us wait even longer.
By the time it was “our time” it was 12:33 pm and for me it’e completely unnecessary and unacceptable make an autistic kid that per ADA Law has a right to be prioritize even at the post office and she wasn’t, she was bypassed and no one cared.
I asked for the supervisor or manager on site and he came out without introducing himself so, God knows who I talked to.
If I could sue the USPS for violating ADA law and making my daughter unnecessarily wait 1.5 hours for her passport appointment I would.
This added unnecessary stress into both of our lives and messed up out whole day because now my daughter is so upset that I can’t find how to calm her down or make her happy.
Thank you for your AWFUL service and I hope that one day you all experience worse clients than me and you find yourselves in my same situation so you know how it feels.

The service was terrible, and the staff was unfriendly. I understand the post office gets busy but that doesn’t mean you can reject services you offer just because there a long line and you’re overwhelmed.
