- JCjeanmar clavijoJul 2, 20261.0Fui discriminada por no hablar inglés a pesar de tener la última tecnología que nos permite usar un traductor, el día de hoy vine a esta oficina a tramitar el pasaporte de mi hija que es ciudadana Américana y tiene todo el derecho y no me aceptaron el trámite porque mi pasaporte venezolano estaba vencido, amablemente le expliqué la situación a otra persona del personal que si hablaba español explicándole que el departamento de estado de los Estados Unidos, uscis, CBP y otras entidades aquí en estados unidos reconocen la validez de los pasaportes de los cuidadanos venezolanos por 10 años adicional a su fecha de vencimiento y literal su gesto y respuesta fue “no me importa esto no es el dmv” yo no soy ciudadana americana por ende mi licencia de conducir dice temporal, día de ayer vine y me atendió una señora de cabello corto súper amable y educada pero el día de hoy que vine esa señora no estaba y las 2 que estaban se portaron muy despectivas con malos gestos hacia nosotros, anexo la información para que esta oficina esté actualizada y aprendan a tratar a la gente con amabilidad humanidad y respeto ya que no saben lo afectado que puede estar la persona que están atiendo, al igual que la tecnología de hoy en día nos permite comunicarnos con cualquier idioma del mundo para que esta señora me rechazará de la forma que lo hizo, deben actualizar para que se modernicen con la tecnología y no traten a las personas con asco
