- WDWhite DiamondsAug 14, 20265.0I went to renew my passport at this location my experience was pleasant. The guy helped me with the form and they move pretty fast and pretty quick at this location. You won’t be there all day.

I had a pre paid label and box ready to go and he said the gray tape wasn’t allowed it has to be clear tape. First time I’ve ever heard of that. I then asked a USPS worker that I saw while walking back and he said he sees it all the time it’s fine to use for tape. I’ll go to UPS from now on. What a waste of 20 minutes in my office clothes walking in the blistering heat. Oh and I also asked if I could just use one strip of their roll that was right next to him and he said nah.. got to purchase it. Pathetic
