The staff went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough :) Wonderful service and workers !!

First, they restrict the 24-hour access to the lobby which made it difficult to get your mail during the week if you work. They’ve made it 24-hours again, but now the door is broken so you still have no access. The other door has a ‘Pull’ sticker with no handle in sight to actually open the door. The issue at this location is not the homeless sleeping outside, nor the really great workers (the reason this location has any stars at all) that are customer-facing inside. The issue at this location is the management (the people you don’t see). How hard is it for the US post office to get a door repaired swiftly?
