I went kn vacation and came back to a green slip advising that I moved, WHICH I HAD NOT. Monday I called USPS and by the postal service in Orla Vista and they said my mail was sent back because I had it piling up to long. Monday I filles out the green slip and they said I ahould be receiving my mail again. Its now THURSDAY and I still have no mail. The carrier who delivered the mail lied and said its been over two months since I picked up my mail. The supervisor at the OrlaVista /Kirkman location was rude as hell and kept over talking. Terrible experience all around. & I STILL DONT HAVE MY MAIL. Including the mail that came in this week that I can see on the USPS daily delivery.

The Supervisor was extremely rude. The mad with the dreads. He talked to me like I was wrong to ask questions and had a sarcastic attitude. But his Postman made a mistake and put the package in the wrong container. Wasted my time.

Always big lines doesn’t matter what day what time. There are 4 counters and only 2 working every time I come here.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with USPS. Our regular carrier repeatedly marked deliveries as “No Access” when there was absolutely no obstruction to delivery. Mail and packages have gone missing, service has been inconsistent, and every attempt to get answers has been met with excuses instead of accountability.
When customers are left wondering where their mail is, confidence in the Postal Service disappears. If a carrier cannot be trusted to perform the basic duties of the job honestly and professionally, USPS management should investigate immediately and take appropriate action.
The Postal Service exists to protect the public’s mail—not create suspicion, frustration, and repeated delivery failures. Until there is real accountability, I cannot recommend relying on this route for important mail or packages.

Terrible USPS delivery service and unresolved complaints
Our experience with this USPS carrier has been extremely frustrating. Packages have repeatedly gone missing, and the carrier has marked deliveries as “vacant” even though the address is occupied and receiving mail. We believe these inaccurate delivery scans have resulted in missing packages and a serious loss of trust.
We have filed complaints, provided details, and requested assistance, but the issue remains unresolved. Customers should not have to worry that their mail and packages are being mishandled or improperly marked.
We are requesting a proper investigation, accountability, and corrective action to ensure mail is delivered accurately and securely.
