  Myself and my daughter visit this store often as she makes handmade cards to mail out to different people. The store always has helpful staff and is very organized and clean. Today we met a new employee Melissa who was very courteous and kind. This store is always a 5 star experience

  Good experience! Everyone stood up the second I walked in, clearly in an effort to help me out. Desine ended up assisting me and she was a delight. She turned an annoying task of returning incorrect medical supplies into me belly laughing on my way out. Thank you!!!

  PATRICK has no business being a manager. Guy is VISIBLY struggling with three customers. Unprofessional, lacks a customer service attitude.

  This UPS store all I had one employee, She was rushed, She was trying to take care of multiple customers and would ignore 1 to handle another customer, Rude not caring sold me packaging. I think overcharged me and did not pack the box in front of me which is just plain wrong and how things get stolen and then what should’ve been day shipping. I’m still waiting for the package if it’s gonna arrive.. Also, the store has such a cheap printer that you cannot read the tracking number, so it is essentially useless invest in some better printers and invest in printing larger tracking numbers and invest in being able to use a smart phone to track the tracking number. It is the 21st century after all. I’m sorry I went to the store not thrilled with it not thrilled with UPS stores at all. Wish I’ve gone to the Post office office.

  Five Stars for Denise! I came through the store yesterday to get a resume on the fly before an interview. Denise said she had been busy but no one was there - with the 5-10 minutes in the store I quickly understood why. She single-handed took care of over a half dozen customers on all their requests. No one waited more than 2 minutes while she cranked through all their requests swiftly. It was impressive to see. She sent me out the door wishing me good luck and I just have to give full praise! I would definitely return just because of how great Denise handled things.
