- NNNeena3 days ago1.0I didn't know the UPS store could be as annoying as the dmv. I had a fingerprinting appointment for here and when I went in they were unable to do it and told me to call back later in the day. I called back a couple hours later and no one answered. I had to email to get a response and the response was pretty unhelpful, telling me to contact the customer service for Fieldprint when it was their error that caused my appointment to be unfulfilled. I came in today and the older guy who works here begrudgingly talked to me, with an attitude, and then made me wait for him to get the customer service number for Fieldprint only for it to be the wrong number intentionally. My partner came to this location recently and had a similar negative experience with this employee, and he also gave my partner a false phone number. I guess it's not true that being older means you should know better, horrible customer service.

I went to process a Shein "Happy Return," and after waiting, I was told they couldn't do it. It wouldn't have hurt them to put up a sign or tell those of us who were waiting. Terrible service.
