If I could give ten stars I would! I've never seen customer service like this from ANY UPS Store anywhere. Top notch! They truly care about their customers! I tried to post a review on the UPS website but nothing was found. Columbus Day and I thought it wouldn't be so bad. About ten people in line, and when I tell you about efficiency, this is it! As they worked on one customer who maybe needed a witness signature (YES THEY NOTARIZE CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE) the employees were walking down the line trying to help the next person! Maybe they just needed to drop off, etc. so why make them wait? They are just incredible here. I hope you forward the 5-star reviews to UPS. The store is SO clean. One older lady was looking tired, so Jay went from behind the counter and helped her into a chair! NO ONE has customer service like this place. I can't rave enough. We will be back to notarize more items. Jay told us about banner printing so we'll be back for a quote! EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We used third party services pirate ship to ship thru UPS because it was 40% cheaper than retail. We used standard L and XL size boxes from U haul which was the right dimensions. Still they put in disputed box dimension with exactly one inch extra on sides and added a surcharge of 50 extra dollars for the boxes. This is apart from any extra weight charges which we were already aware of. It is not about the money it is about how you treat your customer. The condition of delivered boxes was also not good. Stop your long-haul shippping services if you can't maintain quality of boxes. Just because we didnt use their services for which we knew we had to pay extra they added the extra charges. Still after all this we paid less than what we had to pay if we use your services. So, joke's on you. Use pirate ship not them. Their long haul delivery is bad anyways why pay extra too.
