Their customer service is exceptional. It’s rare to get good customer service nowadays, but this UPS Store exudes it. Every employee tgars ever taken care of me shares that same passion for treating their customers well. It’s truly appreciated. If I could give them more stars I’d happily do so.

I decided to track my package and it has been in delay in Longwood since May 22. I reached out to this store and they were suppose to put a claim in. I was told by them the package is lost even with an RFID tracking. All I want is my refund of 91.81. I am not happy with this service .
